Sansd has assembled a specialized technical team of over 30 professionals and maintains long-term collaborative R&D partnerships with leading institutions such as Sichuan University and Jiangnan University. The company plans to co-establish a postdoctoral research station focused on eco-friendly EVA foaming technologies. Leveraging molecular-level regeneration technology, Sansd has not only built robust technical capabilities but also actively contributed to national and industry standards development, including the “Safety Technical Requirements for Polyethylene (PE)–Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) Children’s Foam Mats,” thereby supporting safer and more reliable technical specifications for the regenerated materials industry.

Sansd (Jiangsu) Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. was established in February 2011. It has a registered capital of USD 50 million and a total investment of up to USD 150 million.

● Invest in equipment R&D to develop low-energy consumption and high-efficiency production equipment.
● Water-drop pattern children’s puzzle floor mats comply with the U.S. toy safety standard ASTM F963-11 and the EU general toy safety standard EN71.
● PSD thermal insulation boards: The formula and production process are fully mature, and mass production can be launched once the production line is completed.
● R&D of finished yoga mats.

Nearly RMB 10 million has been invested in building R&D laboratories, sampling rooms, and metrology testing rooms, as well as purchasing sampling equipment and testing instruments.
The company has established an R&D team of over 30 members with intermediate and senior professional titles.
It also collaborates with the Foam Committee of the National Technical Committee for Plastics Standardization to formulate national standards and industry standards.
Currently, we carry out industry-university-research cooperation with universities such as Sichuan University, and have signed a university-enterprise cooperation agreement with Jiangnan University.
In the future, we will jointly establish a postdoctoral research station for new environmental-friendly EVA foaming technology.
